Co-founder
Jamie is the Co-Founder and CEO at Buttermilk. He focuses on driving global brand partnerships and community-first creator marketing strategies for brands like Armani and Prada Beauty, GAP, Primark and Marc Jacobs, propelling Buttermilk's independent growth in the UK and the US. Outside of running the agency, you can find Jamie on the golf course or obsessing over new brand collabs.

Co-founder
Motez is the Co-Founder of Buttermilk, serving as visionary and guardian of the agency's identity. He spearheads expansion into the Middle East, forging partnerships and connections with a particular focus on enhancing Buttermilk’s proprietary tech capabilities. In his free time, Motez is committed to mentoring industry talent and you’ll often hear him talking all things film, fashion, luxury, and pop culture.

Chairman and Non-Executive Director
As Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Buttermilk, Mike has a hands-on approach working alongside Buttermilk’s founders and board. As an agency founder and CEO veteran, Mike is key to providing unparalleled governance, wisdom and counsel on everything from growth, brand, and business management to ensure Buttermilk thrives as the community-first creator agency.

CFO
As CFO of Buttermilk, John heads up our finance team and commercial strategy, partnering with our leaders to optimise performance, governance, and long-term value. He is a seasoned CFO and Board advisor with experience in global commercial and financial roles, having worked across a spectrum of agencies from multinationals to startups and those looking to scale. He is an expert in budgeting, pricing, negotiations and developing talent. Outside of work, you’re likely to find John coaching his son’s football team, on a golf course or studying the next En Primeur release.

Managing Director (UK)
With over 15 years’ experience across influencer marketing, platforms, and creator product, Michael brings strong commercial leadership and hands-on product expertise. Before Buttermilk, he held senior roles at Influencer and Twitter, working with global brands on scalable creator strategies and tech-enabled solutions. He leads day-to-day operations across teams, turning long-term vision into clear processes and sustainable growth. Outside work, he’s usually with his kids, walking his Cockapoo, or down a Reddit rabbit hole.

Non-Executive Director
Nina is Non-Executive Director and board member at Buttermilk. She leverages her worldwide industry expertise across growth, comms, marketing and creativity to ensure the business operates cohesively and functions with high-performance. Outside of Buttermilk, Nina is an active member of WACL and passionately serves across multiple boards and committees.

Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Suni leads Buttermilk’s Client Services team, focusing on client satisfaction, growth, and retention while delivering best-in-class service. With over 14 years’ experience across advertising, marketing, and production, he brings an integrated background spanning influencer, social, TV, and OOH. Outside work, he’s usually at the BFI watching 60s French New Wave films or playing elaborate games with his two children.

Global Head of Brand
As Global Head of Brand at Buttermilk, Lucy leads the agency’s brand strategy, thought leadership and cultural positioning, shaping how Buttermilk shows up in the world. She oversees everything from PR and credentials to the agency’s owned event series, MILKDROP. An experienced writer and public speaker, Lucy regularly contributes to trade and cultural press, as well as fronting keynotes and moderating talks for industry events. Beyond the 9-5, she’s likely deep in a Substack rabbit hole, clocking miles on a run or losing hours in a SE LDN pub.

Head of Creator Services
As Head of Creator Services at Buttermilk, Emily leads the Creator and Campaign Management team, overseeing the strategy and execution of our creator programs. She is dedicated to enhancing our offerings and ensuring seamless delivery for both creators and clients. Outside of work, Emily enjoys getting lost in suspenseful thrillers (the more gripping, the better), exploring the great outdoors on hiking trails, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.

Global Director of Strategy
As Global Director of Strategy at Buttermilk, Benika heads up the agency’s cultural and creator-driven strategy across global and local clients. She shapes strategic frameworks, creator ecosystems and thought leadership, bringing a decade at the intersection of fashion, luxury, lifestyle and entertainment. She has helped brands including Hendrick’s Gin, Hennessy and Nike translate culture into meaningful brand momentum. Outside of the olffice, she’s likely watching an obscure documentary, in a crowd at a rap concert, or searching for London’s best matcha.

Head of Client Operations
As Head of Client Operations and Studio at Buttermilk, Amanda bridges strategy and execution, translating vision into action and driving operational excellence. Working across teams, she streamlines workflows, enhances efficiency and brings structure to complexity. When she's not overseeing Buttermilk process, Amanda is making the most of weekend getaways and trips home to Sweden, or planning her next dinner party via a Pinterest moodboard.

Head of Creative
As Head of Creative, Amber leads ideation across Buttermilk's portfolio, crafting scroll-stopping, culturally rooted content. Passionate about pop culture and audience behaviour, she develops concepts that resonate in today’s digital space. With a knack for spotting trends (and an enviable screen time to prove it), she ensures your brand lands on the FYPs. On weekends, she’s either making music, dancing, or shopping for magazines.

Head of Growth
As Head of Growth at Buttermilk, Lucy oversees new client relationships and the agency’s growth strategy, building partnerships with brand who match Buttermilk’s ambition to shape culture and drive meaningful brand momentum. She works closely with client, strategy, creative and leadership teams to shape opportunities from first conversation through to long-term partnerships. Off the clock, you’ll find her head down in an art studio experimenting with new mediums, or jetting overseas in search of the next unexpected destination.

Head of People and Culture
As Head of People and Culture at Buttermilk, Joanne brings 12 years of HR experience and a Master's in HRM. Accredited and a mental health first aider, Joanne ensures a supportive and inclusive work environment. Outside of work, she's a stage mum, spending weekends at her daughter's various classes. When not juggling HR duties, Joanne enjoys the chaos of family life and the occasional moment of sanity.
